Maestra Longoria, an Elementary School
teacher is still missing in Cd. Juarez
She is 22 years old.

Christina Escobar was murdered March 2004, her killer
was caught stuffing her body inside of the trunk of his car.
Her body was found badly beaten. He claims that she just woke up at
Motel Konfort and started striking his genitals with her hands.
The police, claimed
that he used self defense and then he committed the homicide. He was
found guilty of murder but they gave him self-defense leniency
and he'll be out by 2007.
He was convicted and
inprisoned for 3 years
for the murder of Christina Escobar. She was only 26.
Police claimed she was a prostute.
Personally, I wonder if they ever looked into any possible drugs she
might have
been given in order to be kidnapped and
taken to the hotel to be date raped.
I wish I could see the toxicology report on this "investigation"
that basically
just took the murderer's version of the story.
I have my doubts that I'd wake up from consensual sex
as he claimed to then just begin hurting someone
unless she realized she had been raped
and she was acting in self defense.
The Killer's story just doesn't make any sense to me.
AMERICANS! THERE IS NO CSI in MEXICO!
No crime lab for DNA testing. NADA.
God only knows if they perform what we call rape kits.

For news you should really go the website. of the non profit by mothers
for mothers of murder victims.

Maria Elena was found murdered 4 months later.
The police keep worrying about identifying her bones
DNA while they stall on the rape investigation
and have never been able to tell Julia Caldera her mother,
neither if they have DNA of the murderer, and much less
who the murderer is. Maria Elena was last seen leaving work.
She was a maid to a former prison warden of "El Cerezo."
It is undeniable that because he is a powerful man in Juarez,
Her employer nor anyone in his houshold
has never been investated, or even considered a possible suspect.
The police claim that lead has gone cold because he and his family
have moved away from that house.
